Yes. You can find it in the Apple Store or GooglePlay Store.

What functions are accessible on Mobile App for Members? (Example: transfer funds between person to person, account to account, remote deposit capture?)

Transfer funds between person to person, transfer of funds between your LutheranFCU Accounts, remote deposit capture, BillPay, BillPay history, searching Shared Branches/ATMs by zip code

Are you partnered with Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App for Members to link their credit union accounts to these mobile apps to transfer funds to a friend?

We do not have a specific partnership with each one, however members are able to connect their bank account or credit card number so that they can send or receive money through those different partners.

Is there a daily limit for mobile deposits?

LutheranFCU does not have a max amount for the number of mobile deposits you make in a day nor the amount. Please be aware that large check deposits will be subject to our extended hold policy.

Is there a cut-off time for the deposit to ensure it will post to the member’s account on the same day?

All mobile deposits have a full 1-day business hold with the cut-off time being 4:30pm CTR. Example A) Mobile deposit is submitted and accepted at 4:15pm on Monday. The funds would be released at end of business on Tuesday. Example B) Mobile deposit is made Monday night after business hours. Tuesday the check would be reviewed and accepted. The funds would be released at end of business Wednesday.

Can you deposit a check into an Essential Growth Checking account?

Yes! Please log into the mobile app using the minor’s member number. Once in, you can make the mobile deposit. Please make sure the back is endorsed and says, “For mobile deposit only”.

Can I Use CardNav to control both my debit card and my children's debit cards?

Yes! All you have to do is open the CardNav app and add their debit card number!
