How do Members enroll in Online Banking?

To enroll for the first time in online banking, enter your member number in the box found on the left-hand side of our main webpage. Enter the temporary password which is the last 4 digits of the primary owner’s social security number and click “Login”. 

If you are having trouble finding your member number, you can find it in the top right-hand corner of the documents you electronically signed during the membership process. However, feel free to call the office at 314.394.2790 and one of our LutheranFCU Team members will assist you!

 

Is their login ID their account number or a self-made number or their email?

Your account number is also your member number which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the documents you electronically signed during the membership process.

 

How would Members reset their password if they forgot it?

You can click on the “Can’t Login” button and a temporary password will be sent to the primary’s email address, or you can call the office at 314.394.2790 and one of our LutheranFCU Team members will assist you!

 

If Members have forgotten their username, would they be able to reset it online, or would they have to contact the branch?

They would have to contact the branch to obtain that information.

 

If Members have forgotten both their username and password, would they have to call to retrieve this information?

Yes. Please have them call 314.394.2790

 

What options do members have when needing to make an external transfer?

You can set up an external transfer to another institution through Bill Pay. Bill Pay can be found in your online banking under the Online Services tab.

 

Does LutheranFCU offer text message alerts for account activity?

At this time, LutheranFCU offers text message alerts when there is potential fraud on your account. We also offer the option for you to set up email notifications for account activity. You can set up these customized alerts in your online banking.

 

Can a member integrate their Online Banking with Quickbooks?

Currently, the LutheranFCU online banking system integrates with Quicken only.

 

My daughter is a minor and has a savings account under my membership. I’m trying to get her access to her account so she can deposit a check. I spoke with a colleague and was told that all this is possible if only I had her pin and SSN. Can you help me navigate?

Can a joint account set up with two different online banking logins?

Since the joint account runs under 1 account number there cannot be two different online banking logins.

 

How far back do E-Statements go?

You have access to all of your E-Statements since the opening of your account. Please log into your online banking and under the Online Services tab click on E-Statements. There you can change the date range to see all previous statements. 

 

Am I able to open an LFCU account with cash at a shared branch?

Once your membership is established with LutheranFCU online, you can visit a shared branch to make a cash deposit and fund your new account.

 

When do monthly statements generate?

Monthly statements are generated at the end of each month and will be available in your Online Banking to view and print off.

 

Do you have an online giving tool for congregations?

At this time, LutheranFCU does not have an online giving tool for congregations.
