What information might my insurance agent need for my vehicle loan?

Your insurance policy should also include:

• Name and address of the policyholder
• Policy number and coverage dates
• Year, make, model, and VIN of the vehicle
• Comprehensive and collision deductibles of $1,000.00 or less
• No excluded drivers, unless approved on a case-by-case basis
